Refund policy
Due to the nature of products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept Refunds, returns or exchanges. . Please be completely committed to the wig when you purchase as I cannot accept returns or refunds by for this reason. Should however a product be faulty, we will do our best to send another or similar product. The wig must not be brushed, styled or worn at all. It must be in the bag in the original condition. The bags are clear so you can colour match.
Wigs can however be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is faulty. Please send a message with a picture of said fault before you do this. Wigs must not be worn, styled or brushed in any way and must be in original condition. Postage is to be paid for by the buyer as royal mail are a seperate company. Please send either tracked or signed for so it can be traced. Once received we can then issue an exchange for the same/ or other item of the same value. (NO REFUNDS)
