Hygiene and Safety PolicyDue to the medical, hygienic, and personal nature of wigs and hair extensions, health and safety regulations strictly govern our return process. For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, tried on, styled, or altered in any way.2. Return EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.The lace must be completely uncut and unaltered.The product must be free from any smells, styling products, perfumes, smoke, or makeup.All original packaging, tags, nets, and inserts must be intact and returned.3. Inspection and Refusal of RefundsAll returned items undergo a thorough quality control inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned to us used, damaged, altered, or smelling of perfume/products, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. In this event, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense, or discarded if shipping is not paid within 14 days.4. Shipping CostsOriginal shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
