How long will it take to receive my order?

I post on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Any orders made before 6pm will go the next postage day any orders after 6pm will go the postage day after that. UK postage is Royal Mail TRACKED24 and TRACKED48. For international posting up to 4 weeks but it could take a little longer. Please also be aware of public and bank holidays they will be posted the next postal day. You will receive a tracking number via email once posted. All details for postage can be seen on the royal mail website.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to England, USA, Australia, Mexico and Canada. When purchasing just select the shipping options for those countries. 

Please note any VAT or Tax charges are your responsibility when they arrive Keshleysheadshop are not responsible. 

Pleas be aware due to new gspr European legislation we don't post to Europe or Northern Ireland anymore.

Official Returns & Refund Policy

1. Hygiene and Safety Policy
Due to the medical, hygienic, and personal nature of wigs and hair extensions, health and safety regulations strictly govern our return process. For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, tried on, styled, or altered in any way.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

• The lace must be completely uncut and unaltered.

• The product must be free from any smells, styling products, perfumes, smoke, or makeup.

• All original packaging, tags, nets, and inserts must be intact and returned.

3. Inspection and Refusal of Refunds
All returned items undergo a thorough quality control inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned to us used, damaged, altered, or smelling of perfume/products, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. In this event, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense, or discarded if shipping is not paid within 14 days.

4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Are the wigs the exact colour in the picture? 

I take all my pictures on the wig head outside in natural daylight. I also take other pictures and videos of myself and post them on all of my social media platforms. Colours may vary due to lighting and the different screens you are viewing the product from such as computers and different phone screens, which can change the colours slightly so be aware of this. 

When do you restock? 

It takes up to 2 weeks for wigs to come back in stock. 

Do wigs shed? 

Yes you will get some shedding from you wigs as they are machine made.

What will I recieve with my order?

Every order comes with a freebie(s) .

All wig orders come with a wig cap. And your first wig order will come with either a brush or comb depending on what wig you order.
